Better try another place if you don’t want to be treated this way
Good location
We were waiting after the check-in time because the room was not ready yet and we didn’t get even an excuse for that. The owner was not really polite by literally ignoring my partner and myself during the check-out and making us feeling like he made us a favor to stay in his hotel rather than we spending almost 900 Euro for two days in his property. The parking is extremely small and you need to leave the key as the cars must be moved in order to get in or out of it. On top when were leaving the place I realized I had 2 scratches on one of the sides of my car, which was the « cherry on the cake « . Alassio is a great place to be and I will come back with pleasure, but not at this hotel.
